1 Introduction
China's water resources are very tense, urban water shortage is more serious. In urban water use, the amount of cooling water accounts for a large proportion of these direct discharges of cooling water not only cause thermal pollution, but also cause greater economic and resource waste. Therefore, these cooling water cycles need to be reused to improve the effective use of water Rate, to alleviate the current situation of water shortages. Closed cooling tower is a new way to reduce the temperature of the cooling water, but also to maintain the pure water quality of the new cooling equipment, but also has a function, wide use, the ability to adapt to the environment, can cool high temperature water, fire safety and other characteristics , Therefore, closed cooling tower in the field of air conditioning has a broad application prospects in the water ring heat pump system, cooling tower direct cooling system shows its unique advantages.
The main purpose of the experimental study on the aerodynamic characteristics of the closed cooling tower for air conditioning is to find the calculation method of the resistance of the tower inlet, cooling coil, watering device, water retaining plate, fan inlet and outlet of hairdryer. The relationship between the total resistance of the tower and the fan head, so that the fan is always running at the best working conditions; further reveal the law of airflow in the cooling tower, optimize the shape of the tower, reduce air resistance and improve the cooling efficiency.
2 air flow characteristics
The closed cooling tower for air conditioning is mainly composed of cooling coil, fan, pipe pump, spray pipe, shower nozzle (nozzle), retaining plate, pot, louver inlet, tower body and other parts [2 ].
The working principle of the closed cooling tower for air conditioning is that the higher temperature water from the condenser, the absorber or the process equipment is pressurized by the cooling water circulation pump to the cooling coil of the enclosed cooling tower. On the other hand, the water in the cooling tower bottom is sucked into the shower pipe by means of a pipeline pump, and then sprayed on the outer surface of the cooling coil to evaporate the heat of the cooling water so that the temperature of the cooling water To be reduced.
At the same time, by the installation of the fan in the wall above the suction effect, so that the air from bottom to top through the cooling coil, so not only can strengthen the cooling coil outside the surface of the heat, but also can take away the formation of evaporation Of the water vapor to accelerate the evaporation of water to improve the cooling effect.
Specifically, the higher temperature of the cooling coil conveys heat to the inner surface of the cooling coil in the form of convection, which is then transferred from the inner surface of the cooling coil to the outer surface of the cooling coil. As the outer surface of the cooling coil sprayed circulating water, the circulating water fell to the outer surface of the cooling coil, by convection and evaporation of this part of the heat scattered to the air.
